Dr. Miller was born and raised in Roseville, CA. He received a bachelor’s degree in neuroscience and subsequently completed medical school at the University of Utah before doing his internship and medical residency at the prestigious Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. He then returned home for a gastroenterology fellowship at UC Davis.

Dr. Miller has published several notable scientific papers within clinical gastroenterology, as well as been an invited lecturer and won research awards at several national GI meetings. He is passionate about empowering patients with a holistic approach to better gut health.

In addition to spending time with his wife and 3 young children, he enjoys nature, woodworking, and is an avid musician—playing drums, guitar, and piano.
